Jennifer is an experienced executive coach and leadership consultant who specialises in helping leaders and emerging leaders to maximise human performance, people engagement and inclusion in organisations.
Jennifer has a diverse background with experience working in small and large organisations in both the public and private sectors and has specific expertise in helping leaders to bring their humanity to work. She specifically helps leaders to shift their approach from transactional to relational where they learn to meaningfully engage with their people as individuals. This approach results in improved staff engagement, innovation and inclusion.
Jennifer is a professionally trained group facilitator and member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has post-graduate qualifications in communication and adult learning.
